As with many great organisations, their origins can be traced to one visionary. In the case of Commercial & General Real Estate this is its founder � Corrado Cusma.

During a career that spans 20+ years in the real estate and building industry, Corrado developed a vision for a local company that would provide its customers with a full range of real estate and business service solutions. This vision was realised in 1999, when Commercial & General Real Estate commenced operations. The innovative family-owned company has since won numerous real estate awards in recognition of sales success and is proud to be a part of giant global real estate group OrangeTee who are known for their innovative technology, marketing, advertising and negotiation training as well as the enormous access to buyers of property from the Australasian region.

Commercial & General Real Estate now has three offices in strategic locations. The main office located in Perth City services the central business district and inner city suburbs, Victoria Park branch is located East of Perth within a 5km radius of the city and the Scarborough office is located north of the city servicing this popular beach side tourist destination and nearby western suburbs.
